In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, Jili11's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall Jili11's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jili11 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jili11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine — at our sole discretion — that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination of your account for cause, Jili11 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and associated winnings, where permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Jili11's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
