Jili11 ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players and visitors who use the Jili11 online gaming platform. Where Jili11 engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — such as payment processors, identity verification providers, or cloud infrastructure providers — those parties act as personal information processors and are bound by data processing agreements that require them to handle your data only in accordance with Jili11's instructions and applicable law.

• Government-issued ID details (e.g., passport number, driver's license number, PhilSys ID number, UMID, SSS ID)

3.2 Financial Data

• GCash or PayMaya account number associated with your deposits and withdrawals
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other Philippine banks) where provided for withdrawal purposes
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and bonus activity
• Source of funds documentation where required for AML compliance

3.3 Technical & Usage Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation at the time of access
• Device type, operating system, and browser information
• Session timestamps, login history, and platform activity logs

• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and the Data Privacy Act itself.
• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for Jili11's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent, such as the sending of marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

07 Data Sharing & Disclosure

Jili11 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification providers: Licensed KYC and AML screening service providers engaged to verify your identity and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Cloud and technology providers: Infrastructure, hosting, and software providers who process data on Jili11's behalf under binding data processing agreements.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine authorities, where required by law or regulatory directive.
• Professional advisers: Legal counsel, auditors, and compliance consultants, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.

All third parties with whom Jili11 shares personal data are required to handle that data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law and Jili11's data protection standards.

08 Data Retention

Jili11 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLA requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Customer support communications: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and platform integrity purposes, unless required for longer in connection with an investigation.
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with Jili11's data disposal procedures.

09 Data Security

Jili11 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Jili11 platform
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial information and identity documents

Jili11 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to operate and improve the platform, personalize your experience, and analyze usage patterns. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website.

The following types of cookies are used on the Jili11 platform:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the platform to function correctly, including maintaining your login session and enabling secure transactions. These cannot be disabled.

12 Minors & Age Restriction

The Jili11 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Jili11 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If Jili11 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the Jili11 platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

Jili11 employs age verification procedures during the registration process and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Providing false information about your age during registration is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Jili11 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
